To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, please note the following rules:

Cancellation and refund policy

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival date: Cancellation free of charge, full refund of deposit.
  • Between 15 and 30 days before arrival date: 50% refund of deposit.
  • Between 7 and 14 days before date of arrival: 25% of deposit refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival date: No refund.

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows

  • Cancellations made on the day of arrival or no-shows will result in the total loss of the reserved stay. No refunds will be made.

Reservation changes

  • Modifications (change of dates, reduction or extension of stay) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation procedure

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing(info-marina@srpl.ca). You must include proof of reservation.
  • Refunds will be made within 15 days of confirmation of cancellation.
